Mr. Tuohy, will you state what position you occupy in the motion-picture industry? Mr. Tuohy. Labor-relations director for National Theaters Amuse- ment Corp. Mr. McCann. And by whom is that organization owned or con- trolled? Mr. Tuohy. Twentieth Century-Fox studio. Mr. McCann. Is that the organization with respect to which Mr. Michel said Twentieth Century-Fox owned all of the stock? Mr. Tuohy. It is. Mr. McCann.
