Produced " Return of The Scarlet Pimpernel" with London Film Productions. In 1937 founded CIPRA Paris, where he produced French version " Prison Without Bars." Went to Hollywood in 1940, formed Arnold Productions, making 1 ' Shanghai Gesture " for U.A. release, in 1941, " Hangmen also Die," in 1942, and "It Happened Tomorrow," in 1943. Address: Brit.
