OBJECTS.
(a) To promote and protect in even* possible legal manner the interests, financial welfare and success of the kinematograph film-renting trade, and to devise means to promote co-operation amongst those engaged in the kinematograph industry for the protection of their mutual interests.
(b) To watch and keep records for reference and comparison of all matters in any way affecting the kinematograph industry and of all developments thereof, and by the united opinion and experiences of the members of the Society to decide upon and initiate and support proper methods for dealing with any contingency affecting the kinematograph trade or the members of the Society that may arise.
(c) To procure information for members of the Society as to the standing and responsibility of parties with whom they propose to transact business.
(d) To give legal advice to members of the Society.
(e) To promote, organise and carry on such charitable institution work of funds and for such purposes as shall be thought fit.
