Membership of the Association shall be open to Persons, Associations, Groups and Companies who are — (a) British Film Producers, British Film Studio Owners, or British Film Laboratories. (b) Other Film Producers, Studio Owners or Film Laboratories operating through a Company or Companies registered in Great Britain under the Companies Acts. (c) Associations or Groups, representing Sectional Interests within the Film Production Industry. (d) Independent persons appointed at the discretion of the Executive Council of the Association to be Honorary Members of, or to hold office in, the Association.
