His first stage engagement was in 1902 in the cast of “If I Were King” with E. H. Sothern. A late one was with Margaret Anglin and a later one with Marjorie Rambeau in “Sadie Love,” now running in New York. His name is Spanish, some of his forbears having come to America from Spain.
