In your hour of torment, Sal, we are all praying for you. In Sal Mineo's right eye there is a constant, excruciating pain. The medical name for the disease is Dendrite. It is a disease which 30 years ago was almost certain to result in blindness. Today a cure is possible, and Sal has not let his spirit flag. Bravely, perhaps even a little foolishly, he has gone on working harder than ever — despite warnings that he needs all his strength to finally lick this trouble which first hit him 7 years ago.
