Special Policy At Hipp With "Syncopation" WITH the premiere of "Syncopation," Radio talkie, a special policy will be adopted by the New York Hippodrome, RKO house, on Saturday, April 6. Presentation will be first run and aside from picture the bill will have Vincent Lopez and Orchestra. There will be no change in prices. When the Cameo, another RKO house in N.
