Hollywood Theatre, at Hollywood boulevard and Wilcox avenue, to Motley Flint, executive vice-president of the Pacific-Southwest Trust and Savings Bank, and the first dirt was turned with suitable ceremonies. Charley Wellman was on hand, and his “Don’t go ’way, folks!” announced to K F W B radio fans that they, too, were to participate in the exercises.
