Monday filed its first brief in Appellate Court, Los Angeles, seeking reversa the Superior Court's decision declaring Olivz Havilland a free agent. The brief asserts studio is entitled to 26 weeks of the star's sen still due under a seven-year contract which Vj:ners asserts ran only six and one-half years.
