Payment Secures Option On Willkie Memorial George Field, executive director of the Willkie Memorial Building Fund of Freedom House, announced in New York last Friday that he sent a $15,000 check to the owner of the building at 20 West 40th Street, N. Y., to take up the option on that structure which has been selected as the memorial to Wendell Willkie. The check will be followed by an additional payment of $25,000 April 24 when the option will be taken up formally. Mr. Field said the funds were from the $125,000 received in approximately 7,200 contributions and pledges for the fund, which seeks $250,000. Foy to Supervise Twelve Pictures at 20th-Fox Darryl F.
