New Art House in Ohio COLUMBUS: The Indianola. 550-seat North Side neighborhood theatre, is now an art house, it is announced by Charles Sugarman, who leased it from operator Frank Marzetti. Mr. Sugarman, who owns another local art house, the World, opened the Indianola under the new policy after refurbishing.
