Brymt 8138 New York Addressing Printing Business Good in Southwest A new 800 seat motion picture bouse, adequately equipped to present stage productions or motion picture, will be opened in a few weeks at Yoakum, Texas. A new thousand seat motion picture theatre will be erected in the near future at Enid, Oklahoma. Big productions will be the policy. D. Meyers is erecting a modern picture theatre at Muskogee, Oklahoma. Big productions will be the policy of this house. D. Meyers is an oldtime showman and he will use some very novel advertising stunts. The very finest in projection room equipment will be installed. The new Kelley theatre, Iola, Kansas, was recently opened to the public to a very pleasing business. The finest in theatre equipment was installed and projection results are pleasing. The Saenger Amusement Company is erecting a modern picture theatre at Texarkana, Texas. Two late model projectors and a motor generator set will be the projection room equipment. San Antonio, Texas — A new motion picture theatre costing $500,000 will be opened here to the public in a few weeks. Manager Dave Morrison, Rex theatre, Greeley, Colo., reports good business with features as the policy. He is a real live wire. All the Denver (Colo.) theatre supply houses report that business is good as is business with all the theatres in this state. Timpson, Texas — C. Baker has recently purchased the motion picture theatre in this city. — Trout. E. high intensity arcs also G. E. motor generator 75 in the Wilkinson theatre, Wallingford, Conn., a new $150,000 house. The Park Street Investment Company of Hartford, owners of the New Lyric theatre, have installed 2 Powers 6B with Cinephor lenses also a 15x4x11x16 Raven halftone screen. Ticket chopper and Pyrene fire extinguishers have been installed in addition to an Imsco 10-reel film cabinet. — Nichols.
