Man-Woman-Marriage played a week's advance run at the Circle theatre, Indianapolis, one of the biggest theatres of the country. It began by breaking all attendance and box-office records on the first day. Crowds jammed the theatre and lined up in the street outside. Throngs struggled to gain admission all day.
