DAILY
Well, by golly, see who's here — Doris May in a real flippant comedy of youth. Her first picture as a star, and a darned good picture. She's been trouping around with Douglas MacLean and first appeared with him under the Incc banner. But now she is on her own, a bit more slender, a lot more vivacious, and showing the stuff that gave her such a start in "Twen
ty-three and a Half Hours Leave." Incidentally Hull Montana has fhe star part of his career. Bull dresses his pari to perfection. . His white and black cross striped socks are a hit and Bull m a {nil dress suit and a top hat is worth going a long way to see. The way that cauliflower ear sticks out is sure a caution. *■
Play This Up— Get Behind It— It's Sure Fire Audience Stuff
This looks like a sure-fire audience picture. It was shown in an uptown theater at 10:30 o'clock, after the regular show, and a crowded house laughed heartily all along the line once the story was planted, even though a lot of them must have been a bit tired from the previous show.
It contains a lot of good laughs and funny incidents and you had better see it all the way so you can use
the best of the many incidents as catchlines for your crowd. You'll be doing yourself an injustic*, and the picture as well, if you don't. There aren't so many of these good comedy babies floating around this season that you can afford to miss cashing in on them when they do stick their heads up. And this one has a lot of goods.
