THE MOTION PICTURE NEWS In All the HubbubJust Get This: Shouting doesn't make a service good. General Film would be just as desirable if we didn't advertise. The only reason we advertise is to tell you about certain things which otherwise, you might have difficulty in finding out. We don't want to shout. We simply want to sit down with you quietly and call your attention to the pictures themselves. They tell a story of excellence — consistent excellence —that is self-evident. In other words, the goods that we are selling, sell themselves to you and to your patrons — if you give them a chance. This advertising is only to persuade you not to overlook this chance.
