The Sea Tiger, Milton Sills — Pleased 75 per cent. Print was a little dim — Ira Stonebraker, Allen, Allen, Kas. Somewhere in Sonora, Ken Maynard — Very good western with a happy end¬ ing. Snappy from beginning to end. Everybody liked it — R. T. Kirk, Hoyt, Hoyt, Kas. Fox The Circus Ace, Tom Mix. — The best Tom has made for some time. Was well received. You can step on this one. — E. W. McClelland, Rex, Gilman City, Mo. Canyon of Light, Tom Mix. — Packed them in all day. A lot of hokum but they liked it — Frederick Gooch, Lyric, Loudon, Tenn. The Auctioneer, All Star — A good picture which seemed to please the ma¬ jority — Ernest Vetter, Majestic, Homer, Mich. The Broncho Buster, Fred Humes — An entertaining picture and good west¬ ern — Bert Silver, Family, Greenville, Mich. What Happened to Jones, Reginald Denny — Denny’s pictures are good. This was clean all the way through — E. A. Rhodes, Grand Story City, la. Hey, Hey, Cowboy, Hoot Gibson — A good western with lots of comedy — Ernest Vetter, Majestic, Homer, Mich. Metro-Goldwyn 9 Captain Salvation, Pauline Starke — Well produced and well acted. Some liked it and some didn’t — W. H. Hard¬ man, Royal, Frankfort, Kas. Slide, Kelly, Slide, William Haines — This is a knockout — E. A. Rhoades. Grand, Story City, la. Johnny Get Your Haircut, Jackie Coogan — I would call this fair — Julius Schmidt, Grand, Breese, Ill. Tillie the Toiler, Marion Davies — The best we have seen from Marion. She had a bit of “it” in this — Ivy Arnolds, Cresco, Cresco, la. Heaven On Earth, Renee Adoree — A good picture and had a lot of compli¬ ments on it — Ira Stonebraker, Allen, Allen, Kas. Paramount Behind the Front, Hatton-Berry — Not in a class with “We’re in the Navy Now.” Poor print spoiled what chance it had — Ray Musselman, Princess, Lin¬ coln, Kas. The Canadian, Thomas Meighan. — A real picture for us. Tom is a little awkward with horses. — W. A. Hillhouse, Lyric, Glasco, Kas. It, Clara Bow. — It’s sure a dandy. But Clara is a winner anywhere be¬ cause she has ‘it.’ — W. A. Hillhouse, Lyric, Glasco, Kas. Forlorn River, Jack Holt. — A real Zane Grey and pleased a mixed audi¬ ence fine. — W. A. Hillhouse, Lyric, Glasco, Kas. It, Clara Bow. — Was liked better than any picture I have shown for some time. It’s a natural. — J. B. Carter, Electric, Browning, Mo. Love ’Em and Leave ’Em, Evelyn Brent — Just a fair show. Will get by with the young folks — W. H. Hardman, Royal, Frankfort, Kas. Rough House Rosie, Clara Bow — Story not as good at “It” but did better than average business — Ivy Arnold, Cresco, la. Kid Boots, Eddie Cantor — A riot. Clara Bow and Eddie are a great com¬ bination — E. M. Biddle, Strand, Paoli, Ind. A Son of His Father, Star Cast — Very good picture of the western variety which pleased — M. Schnoor, Paramount, Stapleton, Neb. Pathe Rawhide, Buffalo Bill, Jr. — The first one of this star I have used and it gave good satisfaction. — J. B. Carter, Elec¬ tric, Browning, Mo. United Artists No More Women, Matt Moore — Very old and not much force. Poor business and many unfavorable comments — Ray Musselman, Princess, Lincoln, Kas. Universal Poker Faces, Laura La Plante. — A fine comedy-drama. Good for any au¬ dience. Show it. — W. A. Hillhouse, Ly¬ ric, Glasco, Kas. Looking For Trouble, Jack Hoxie — A fair western and about on a par with his other pictures. Didn’t hit for me — Ray Musselman, Princess, Lincoln, Kas. Warner Brothers Clash of the Wolves, Rin-Tin-Tin. — Very fine picture. Well satisfied. — L. E. King, Airdome, Ozawkie, Kas. While London Sleeps, Rin-Tin-Tin. — Well liked by entire house. There’s only one dog star and that’s Rin-TinTin. — W. A. Milberger, Rainbow, Kan¬ sas City, Mo. The Climbers, Irene Rich. — Nice en¬ tertainment. Pleased public in every way. Fine story, splendid acting and a very thrilling climax. Held picture sec¬ ond day by request. — K. Duncan, Ala¬ mo, Kansas City, Mo. Hills of Kentucky, Rin-Tin-Tin — As good as the average dog picture and seemed to please. Good hot weather picture — Marion Bodwell, Paramount, Wyoming, Ill. Other Women’s Husbuands — Good program picture — Bert Silver, Family, Greenville, Mich. State Rights Over the Great Divide — This is one' of the greatest pictures of its kind ever shown in Cameron. Exhibitors should step on this picture. Not a weak place in it. Can say the same thing about “Fall of the Alamo,” another Midwest release. It is just as good — C. E. David, Senate, Cameron, Mo.
