Griffith’s “Hearts of the World” and the male lead with Jane Novak in Chester Bennett’s F. B. O. production, “The Lullaby.” While directing “Hearts of the World,” the great master said of Anderson: “He possesses the greatest essential attributes necessary for convincing screen acting— depth and sincerity. If understood and properly directed he is destined to become one of our very few great screen artists.”
