He is the whole show. Attendance better each night for three nights and that's something before Christmas week. Moral tone O. K. and is suitable for Sunday. Had good attendance. Draw mixed class in town of 3,500. Admission 10'20. Chas. Martin, Family Theatre (350 seats), Mt. Morris, New York. ROBIN HOOD. (10,000 feet). Star, Douglas Fairbanks. A wonderful picture. No wonder it won the Photoplay medal of honor. Didn't expect any comedy in it but found out it had most everything including a splendid supporting cast, especially Enid Bennett, Wallace Beery and Alan Hale. Draw general class in town of 3,720. Admission varies. C. F. Krieghbaum. Paramount Theatre (294 seats), Rochester, Indiana. WHITE ROSE. (11 " reels). Star, Mae Marsh, with typical Griffith cast. "The White Rose" turned crimson and then became pure white again. A big story, as big as love itself. A love story baring the innermost secrets of a lover's heart. A true story of real life about a girl who couldn't stop loving. One of the very best pictures ever produced and a picture that everybody should see. William Noble, Empress Theatre, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Universal CROSSED WIRES. (4,705 feet). Star cast. Another good program picture. Gave my audience satisfaction. Moral tone O. K. and is suitable for Sunday. Had good attendance. Draw all classes in town of 2,500. Admission 10-20-25. W. B. Aspley, Aspley Theatre (350 seats), Glasgow, Kentucky. KINDLED COURAGE. (4,418 feet). Star, Hoot Gibson. "Hoot" is no good when he is off his horse. He can't ride a "flivver" at all. Good picture but didn't please. Has good moral tone and is not suitable for Sunday. Had good attendance. Draw all classes in town of 900. Admission 10-20. C. E. Robinson, Town Hall Theatre (300 seats), Carmel, Maine. LOVE BRAND. (4,832 feet). Star, Roy Stewart. First one I ever ran of Stewart, good picture. Advertising big. did good business. Book it. I never go wrong with Universal. Draw all classes in town of 900. Admission 10-20. C. E. Robinson, Town Hall Theatre (300 seats), Carmel. Maine. HcGLIRE OK THE MOUNTED. (5,020 feet). Star. William Desmond. Good as any of the northwest stories. Desmond has wonderful support making it a fine program picture. Moral tone good. Had good attendance. Draw all classes in town of 900. Admission 10-20. C. E. Robinson. Town Hall Theatre (300 seats). Carmel, Maine. NOBODY'S BRIDE. (4.861 feet). Star, Herbert Rawlinson. Fair show that pleased the majority with average attendance. Al. C. Werner. Royal Theatre, Reading, Pennsylvania. RAILROADED. (5,390 feet). Star, Herbert Rawlinson. It seemed with this one that the director at the end of a reel forgot what it all was about and started something else. It was simply impossible. Not suitable for Sunday nor any other day. Had poor attendance. Draw mixed class in city of 110,000. Bill Hmt's Newest WILD BILL HICKOK (Paramount— Wm. S. Hart). A corker, as Mr. Hart used to be. Boost this one. Everyone liked it and it was talked about on the streets all next day after first day's run. Ran two days. Attendance good, as you always expect from Hart. Draw mixed attendance. Admission 10-25. Elmer D. Keyes, Strand Theatre, Randolph, Vermont. Mr. Keyes adds in a letter: "I ran this two days in a small town and we run only four or five days a week. I want to help this picture, as it is a corker and Paramount have been so good, and shown respect for us that we wanted to help the picture." Admission 10-20. Al. C. Werner, Royal Theatre (500 seats), Reading, Pennsylvania. RED WARNING. (4,795 feet). Star, Jack Hoxie. A good, first class western with plenty of action. Suitable for Sunday. Had good attendance. Draw working class in city of 14,000. Admission 10-20. G. M. Bertllng, Favorite Theatre (187 seats), Piqua, Ohio. SELF MADE WIFE. (4,960 feet). Star, Gladys Walton. An extra good program offering. Gladys is suited for this type of picture; everyone likeed it; real funny situations throughout. Usual advertising brought good attendance. H. W. Runyon Theatre, Barnsdall, Oklahoma. smashing BARRIERS. (6 reels). Star, William Duncan. This is a high class stunt drama, boiled down from a thirty reel serial, with all the punches left In. It makes a fairly smoothly connected story and will delight the audiences that like the action pictures. Draw general class In city of 15,000. Admission 10-40. Ben L. Morris, Temple Theatre.
