The respondent agrees to discontinue representing by the use of the prefix “Dr.” in the brand name that the product is manufac¬ tured or offered for sale by a doctor of medicine, and to stop using the word “Sarsaparilla” to refer to any preparation which does not contain sarsaparilla in sufficient quantity to possess therapeutic value.
