Travellers Luggage Co., 7 Broadway, New York, selling and distributing at retail, golf equipment, trunks, brief cases, fountain pens, novelties and other articles of merchandise, are charged in a complaint with misrepresentation. The complaint charges that the respondents have disseminated false and deceptive representations with respect to the character of their business and the sale prices of their various articles of merchandise. Such representations are made by means of price tags affixed to the merchandise and by “discount cards” and other advertising media issued and dis¬ tributed to their customers, including business firms many of whom buy for their own use or the use of their employees, and not for resale.
