(S2S3) CEASE AND DESIST ORDERS The Commission issued no cease and desist orders last week. STIPULATION During the past week the Commission has announced the fol¬ lowing stipulation: Seymour S. Grean Furs, Inc., 131 West 30th St., New York, and its president, Seymour S. Grean, and the corporation’s retail outlet, Grean’s Inc., Norfolk, Va., have stipulated that they will discontinue exaggerating the purport and effect of the Good Housekeeping seal or guarantee on their fur products. (3927) FTC COMPLAINT DISMISSED The Federal Trade Commission has dismissed its complaint against Bennett Brothers, Inc., 485 Fifth Avenue, New York, dis¬ tributors of jewelry, silverware and other merchandise. The complaint had charged misrepresentation. The respondent has expressed its intention, in writing, to be bound by the Trade Practice Rules promulgated for the Catalog Jewelry and Giftware Industry on December 23, 1943, and has furnished satisfactory evidence of such intention.
