During the past week the Commission has announced the fol¬ lowing stipulations:
Casite Corp., Hastings, Mich., entered into a stipulation in which it agrees to stop representing that its preparation Casite, advertised for use as an additive to crankcase oil, will cause an automobile to start as readily in winter as in summer, or as easily in cold weather as in warm weather; that the product prevents oil from acting as a brake on the motor in winter; or that at winter temperatures the viscosity of oil to which the preparation has been added is comparable to that of oil of like grade at summer temperatures to which it has not been added.
