DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND WELFARE OFFICE OF EDUCATION WASHINGTON 25, D. C. December 31, 1958 Mr. William G. Harley President, NAHB University of Wisconsin Ifetdison, Wisconsin Dear Bill: Thank you for your thou fitful letter advising me of my re-election as Director-at-large. 1*11 be perfectly shameless and tell you that I am delimited, for I rather looked forward to the opportunity to play on your team. I*to enjoyed the past two years enormously, and agree with you, that we face even greater challenges in the next two, I have your memo about committee appointments and again, I am happy to accept. I was sorry that it was not possible for me to get to the meeting of the Professional Admncement Committee in Chicago, but I*ve read the minutes and am impressed by all that happened. If NAIĀ© could assume the responsibility for building a fire under our teacher training institutions and influencing them to pub some real meat on the bones of most of the existing courses, we would indeed have made progress. Good luck to you, Mr. Prexy. Long may you reignl (Mrs.) Gertrude G. Broderick Radio-Television Education Specialist
