This makes available to the Community Action Agency, the full range of support capability of such institutions. This can prove to be a valu¬ able and important resource in meeting the many problem-solving responsibilities every agency faces. We refer here to the specialized departments, the institutes for specialized research, clinics, etc., all of which make up the educational community.
