(11/25/40) KFDY was also given authority to operate special hours on November 21 in order to broadcast the annual eminent Fanner and Homemaker banquet. (11/20/40) WOI, Iowa State College, was given authority to operate special hours on December 4, 7, and 31, in order to carry some basketball games. (11/20/40) WO I, WHA25, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and WLBL, State of Wisconsin, were all given permission to determine operating power by direct measurement of antenna. (11./20/40) WNYC, City of New York, was given permission to operate late hours during week-days in December in order to broadcast official inform¬ ation to draft boards and registrants. (12/3/40) WtfAD, University of Oklahoma, was authorized to operate certain hours and to operate others during December in order to observe the Christmas vacation. (12/3/40 ) WILL* University of Illinois, was given permission to operate special hours during December in order to carry the Illinois basketball games. (12/5/40) WOSU, Ohio State University, was given permission to determfe _ operating power by direct measurement of antenna imput (12/5/40) Y/OI was granted permission to operate specified night hours during January in order to broadcast basketball games, (12/11/40) WTAW, Texas A & M, was given permission to determine operating power by direct measurement of antenna imput. (12/13/40) KWLC* Luther College, was given permission to remain silent on certain days and to operate during specified hours in order to observe holidays. (12/14/40)
