Appearing as witnesses were: Seymour N. Siegel, director of the New York City Municipal Broadcasting System (N-A-E-B station V.NYC) who spoke on behalf of Mayor O’Dwyer; H. H. Leake, director of radio at Oklahoma A. & M. College (Stillwater) who pointed out the need for day and night radio service to Oklahoma.agriculture, and Richard B. Hull, president of the National Association of Educational Broad¬ casters and director of WOI (Iowa State College).
