Text recognition is never 100% accurate. Many parts of the scanned page may not be reflected in the OCR text output, including: images, page layout, certain fonts or handwriting.

“ey NEVER SAY DIE Ralph Mitcheltree of the Capitol in Calgary had SINCERELY YOURS booked ... He was aware of the history of this feature, but didn't just sit back and cry about it ..., He went out and did a real selling job. In return for a display in his lobby, Ralph knocked off good mention on the Liberace show over the local T.V. paid for entirely by the local sponsors, Dad's Cookies and Calgary Packers, About $160.00 worth of time. Not bad, huh? In addition he arranged with the local Austin dealers to place a brand new model in front of the theatre, with a six~-sheet cut-out of Liberace sitting at the wheel, Attracted a lot of attention ... but, better still ... the dealer paid 50% of Ralph!s opening day newspaper ad, How do you do it boy? Just so's everybody would be happy ... Ralph also tied in with Motor Car Supply, sponsors of the Sunday Liberace show, and wound up with $150.00 worth of free spots. I'd say this was a swell selling job ,.. and even if Ralph wasn't too happy with the B,O. results, he at least has the satisfaction of knowing that it wasn't for lack of trying, Nice work Ralph ... keep your stuff comin! ... We like hearing from you. eXeXeXeXoXe HE ALSO SERVES ... WHO SAVES I should have said "She ..." Olga Frenette advises that she has now discontinued purchases of ice for her Coke head and. pre-cooler, and is making her own ice in the manner described in these pages some time ago. The only thing that puzzles me is why has it taken so long to get started? Saves her the cost of 25 pounds of ice daily. Olga has also made a deal with the new record bar in town, and in return for a double guest ticket they provide her with all the records she requires for intermissions, and before and after the show, Seems to me we used to do this as a policy many years ago ... How about the rest of you guys making a contact ... instead of paying for every change of records? oXeXeXo XoXo CONDOLENCES Our deepest sympathy to Bert Wiber on the recent passing of his father ,.. To Earl Harrington projectionist at the Royal in Woodstock who also lost his father ... and to Madeleine Curtis, assistant to Harl Scandrett at the Royal in Woodstock who lost her sister a few days ago. The thoughts of all the girls and boys in our Famous family are with you in your hour of sorrow.
