NBC TRADE NEWS 148 REPRESENTATIVES OP 110 NBC RADIO STATIONS TO ATTEND PROMOTION -PRESS -MERCHANDISING WORKSHOP SESSIONS First Regional Meeting May 1 and 2 in New York A total of 148 representatives of 110 affiliated stations of the NBC Radio Network have signified intent to attend the four regional Promotion-Press-Merchandising Workshop Sessions between network offi¬ cials and station personnel, to be held throughout the country during the first half of May, Jacob A. Evans, manager of NBC Radio Advertising and Promotion, announced today. The first Eastern regional meeting will be held in New York City, Thursday and Friday, May 1 and 2, in the Perroquet Suite of the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. In addition to top network officials, 47 repre¬ sentatives of 38 stations will attend the two-day session in New York.
