IO-I6) is set as the climax of the stations' "Know Your Schools" project . The multi-station public service drive, which was launched Oct. 12, is sponsored by 13 NBC Owned radio and television stations with the cooperation of the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare and the U.S. Office of Education. Endorsements of the project have been received by Thomas B. McFadden, Vice President of NBC Owned Stations, from the four sponsors of National Education Week: the American Legion, the National Congress of Parents and Teachers, the U.S. Office of Education, and the National Education Association, John S. Gleason Jr., National Commander of the American Legion, wrote: "I am most favorably impressed by the information I have received on the 'Know Your Schools' project.
