Under the NBC-BBC timetable, the film is expected to be televised between 5 and 9 a. m. London time. : A two-minute segment of film showing the victorious candidate will be transmitted on the cable film system, which is used exclusively by BBC and NBC. In this system, film is sent a frame at a time on the "transatlantic telephone cable. Each minute of film takes about 100 minutes of transmission time.
