Peter Hackes will view the Presidents trip with respect to NATO and nuclear problems. Senior European correspondent Joseph C. Harsch, in an audio report from London, will report European reaction. White House correspondent Sander Vanocur will evaluate the trip!s success from the Administration point of view, and Robert Abernethy will describe Congressional reaction.
