Weaver Jr., NBC President . The new Vice Presidents are: Edward R. Hitz, Vice President in charge of Television Network Sales, Central Division. Thomas B. McFadden, Vice President in charge of NBC Spot Sales. Hamilton Shea, Vice President in charge of WRCA, WRCA FM and WRCA-TV, NBC-owned radio and television stations in New York. A member of the NBC organization for more than 25 years, Mr. Hitz has been manager of Television Network Sales, Central Division, since November, 1952. He joined the company as a salesman in 1928, and in 1934 and 19.35 was placed in charge of the network’s Philadelphia office. He returned to New York after this two-year period, and in 1939 became assistant to the Vice President in charge of Sales.
