Louis Read, WDSU-TV, New Orleans, was elected Chairman of the Board of Delegates of the National Broadcasting Company Television Network Affiliates at a meeting in New York (today) Dec. 5. Mr. Read succeeds Jack Harris, KPRC-TV, Houston, who remains on the NBC Board of Delegates in an ex-officio capacity. At the meeting held in conjunction with NBC's annual convenĀ¬ tion of its Radio and Television Affiliates, Otto Brandt, KING-TV, Seattle, and Richard 0. Lewis, KTAR-TV, Phoenix, were elected ViceChairmen. Marcus Bartlett, WSB-TV, Atlanta, was elected SecretaryTreasurer. Charles Batson, WIS-TV, Columbia, S. C., continues to serve on the board, and Owen Saddler, KMTV, Omaha, was reelected to the board for a two-year term. New members elected to the Board of Delegates of the NBC Television Network Affiliates are: David Baltimore, WBRE-TV, WilkesBarre, Pa.; George Comte, WTMJ-TV, Milwaukee; Gordon Gray, WKTV, Utica, N.
