B, Fleet Street, Temple Bar, London, E.C. 19 TRI-UNIAL LANTERNS. Tri-unial or triple lanterns are not very often required. There are, however, certain dissolving' effects which cannot well be shown withont the aid of a third lantern, and the exhibitor who really makes a speciality of dissolving work will often find a third lantern advisable and even absolutely necessary. In these triple lanterns we always make the upper one detachable, so' that it can be used independently as a single lantern, so that the purchaser of the apparatus finds him¬ self possessed of a triple, ora double, or a single lantern at will ; the last two being usable either in conjunction or independently. 8071 F.l.
