VICTOR RED SEAL RECORDS
PATTI in 1880
ADELINA PATTI
Mme. Adelina Patti Cederstrom has made a series of records for the Victor. This announce¬ ment is one of the most important which it has been our good fortune to make, Mme. Patti being one of the greatest sopranos of her time. The right to record Patti’s voice has always been eagerly sought by record makers, and fabulous sums have been offered her for this pnvilege. The great prima donna, however, decided that only the Victor could do justice to her voice, and has therefore made an exclusive agreement for life with this Company.
All the beloved old songs with which she has delighted millions of her hearers in past years, together with some of her most famous operatic and colorature numbers, are included in the list.
