Presa, Director Our neighboring country across the Rio Grande is noted forthe great number and high quality of its band organizations, and every city and town has its military band, which plays regularly in the plazas or parks for the enjoyment of the people. The greatest of these bands is the Police Band or Banda de Policia of the City of Mexico, which, under the careful leadership of Senor Presa, has become one of the most famous military bands in the world. The Victor now offers six records of this organization, which display well the wonderful PRESA precision and fine tone for which it is celebrated.
