Each of the participating merchants put im displays ia the Tivoli lobby, and I havent seen so much animation around there in a long time. All very attractive ...0 and effective. Finlay Fieh Ltd. took a 100 line ad to tell their exystomess that “From 20,00 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA ceme the fiszest fish for the Lonten season oo.” Good theatre credits. A contest over GC K 0 & in whieh children wore asked to identify the singer of "A Whale of a tale" ... taken right off the sound track, brought 700 replies at a cost of a Lew guest admissions. The delly News Quiz over the same station etill continuing o The Timex Corporation provided the theatre with 50 specially dmprinted windew ecards which were placed in every jowellery store in the city. Gseod theatre copy included. Ali the O'Brien news trucks were bannered with pie and theatre copy. O'Brien's sent out 275 heralds te their dealers with instructions to post them in conspicueus spots on theie displays. Don complains that a lot more eeuld have been done had he had mere money to spend o.oo ALI I can say isa this oo.
