General Sales Manager Hurworth announces the appointment of Noel Gehrig, as Salesman attached to the Sydney Branch, effective from Monday last. Noel is at present on a two weeks’ trip with Salesman Bill Blood. R. HENDERSON, of Adelaide Branch, was responsible for a most outstanding and comprehensive Ad. Sales order on ‘The Sign of the Cross”, taken in favour of a country exhibitor at Bordertown, while W. Bignell, Ad. Sales manager of the same Branch, secured an excellent order of 8,000 couriers on “To-night is Ours” frotTi the Rex Theatre. A report has been received from Brisbane Branch concerning a splendid sale of Ad Sales on "A Bedtime Story" to a theatre at Southport. The quantities are as follows: — 1 X 24 sheet, 1 x 6 sheet, I X 3 sheet, 10x1 sheets, 40 daybills, 2,000 couriers, photos stills, stereos, slides and a trailer. The order was taken by Jack Edwards, Booker in that branch. One of the best Ad. Sales orders received from Melbourne last week was taken by Albert Nicholas, Ad. Sales Manager, who sold good quantities of Ad. Sales on “A Lady’s Profession”, “Luxury Liner” and “If I Had a Million” to a country circuit of four theatres. — Otto Doepel, of Wellington branch, is certainly not losing any opportunities of procuring extra revenue. Orders this week received from his branch list a further 1 2 titles for "God Save the King" and 5.000 additional couriers for "She Done Him Wrong". Country of origin — Australia.
