* * * * Lieutenant Bettini has a most interesting laboratory in this city, and he has been much favored by the great European artists that have been heard in public in this country, both on the dramatic and operatic stage. I spent a delightful afternoon in his laboratory yesterday, and was astounded to hear in turn a reproduction, perfect in every detail, ot the voices ot these great artists : Mines.
