We use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) during our scanning and processing workflow to make the content of each page searchable. You can view the automatically generated text below as well as copy and paste individual pieces of text to quote in your own work.

Text recognition is never 100% accurate. Many parts of the scanned page may not be reflected in the OCR text output, including: images, page layout, certain fonts or handwriting.

When Conrad Comes Marching Home It's a very nice home to have, too, and we don't blame Conrad Nagel for making a dash for it as soon as he leaves the studio. The rustic scene above is laid in the garden. The man in spotless white who is handling the spade is Mr. Nagel himself, engaging in a little practical horticulture. Below is a front view of the house, which, as you can see, is a very charming place, lacking only a few shade trees to make it ideal. Above, Conrad pauses on his Colonial doorstep to let the camera man take a shot at him.
