Rex Reason Ava Norring Virginia McKenna Dean Miller (Below, left) Joan Taylor REX REASON made a hit in his very first film Storm Over Tibet. His height was incidental in making him an actor. Being six feet three inches tall at the age of fifteen made him self-conscious and a dramatic coach persuaded him to appear in a school play to overcome this. He had experience at the Pasadena Playhouse and appeared in television before coming to the screen. He was born on November 30th, 1928, and has brown hair and blue eyes. AVA NORRING hails from Budapest and was a former model. We first saw her on the screen as a sculptress' model in The Snows of Kilimanjaro. VINCE EDWARDS was bom in Brooklyn. Six feet two and a half inches tall, he became a member of the championship swimming team of Ohio State University. He appeared in the film Mr. Universe, followed by Sailor Beware. DEAN MILLER is regarded by M.-G.-M. as one of their most promising newcomers. He made his debut in Skirts Ahoy ! followed by Because You're Mine and Everything I Have Is Yours. He had previously appeared on radio and television. VIRGINIA McKENNA came from Dundee repertory to the London stage. Her films have included Father's Doing Fine and The Cruel Sea. Bom June 7th, 1931, in London, she has ash-blonde hair and grey-blue eyes. JOAN TAYLOR is one of Para- mount’s “ Golden Circle ” of young players. She comes from a show busi- ness family, her mother having been a vaudeville dancer and her father is a cinema exhibitor. Her first experience was at the Pasa- dena Playhouse. She had a starring role in The Savage and her next film was Military Policemen.
