DOROTHY MALONE T~\OROTHY MALONE, who received an Oscar as the Best Supporting Actress of’the Year on March 27th, 1957. began her career in 1946. We first saw her in The Big Sleep and since then she has appeared in all types of roles. Her eyes are blue-green, she is 5 feet 7 inches tall and was born in Chicago, Illinois. She appeared in college productions and it was her acting in one of these that attracted the attention of a Hollywood talent scout and led to her screen debut.
