One of the popular songs featured in the film was “ Today I Feel So Happy,” a tune which is still being played to-day. Bitingly witty and sophisticated was Pal Joey which starred in the title role the inimitable singing and acting star Frank Sinatra with Rita Hayworth and Kim Novak. Memorable among the songs heard were " Pajama Game,” “ I’m Not At All in Love,” "Hey There,” "There Once Was a Man,” “ Hernando’s Hideaway ” and “ Steam Heat.” The Tunnel of Love again stars Doris Day—this time with Richard Widmark. A hilarious story of a young couple who adopt a baby, the film has two songsby Doris Day. Who can forget High Society, one of the last films in which we saw Grace Kelly ? It had one of the most delightfully tuneful scores ever heard. This handful of musical films and stars has provided many audiences with hours of entertainment.
