JAMES COBURN RETURNS IN ANOTHER SUPEROPY THRILLER. “IN LIKE FLINT" "In Like Flint'' will be coming on strong at the Theatre on , with James Coburn repeating the role of superspy Derek Flint who thrilled millions as ''Our Man Flint." The ''Flint'' sequel, with a new complement of beautiful girls, is a Saul David production released by 20th Century-Fox in CinemaScope and DeLuxe Color. Coburn co-stars with Lee J. Cobb, Jean Hale and Andrew Duggan, with Cobb returning in a more expanded role as Cramden, head of the spy organization. The new ''Flint'' girls are Mary Michael, Diane Bond and Jacki Ray. From a script written by Hal Fimberg, who wrote the first ''Flint'' screenplay with Ben Star, David has produced an action-packed thriller directed by Gordon Douglas and set on the Caribbean island of Jamaica where the location scenes were filmed. This time Flint and ZOWIE (Zonal Organization of World Intelligence Espionage) are confronted with a bevy of beauties who intend to make this a truly woman's world. Their ingenious scheme is built around a U.S. missile program to set up an outer space manned satellite. There's excitement in the Caribbean and many other places, with Flint striving heartily in his battle against squads of beautiful young ladies out to take over the world. While most of the film is a fast-paced outdoor spoof, there are scenes such as the space center, full-scale ballet stage and a hilarious sequence where our hero, agent Flint, is chased across the roof tops of Moscow. Flint's second adventures, like the first, are basically the story of a rather extraordinary man, the envy of ordinary men, and the handsome pot of gold at the end of the romantic rainbow for ordinary women. obo PARAM AS ASAI AS
