"STAGECOACH" SET TO OPEN Martin Rackin's production of "Stagecoach" has been set to open oo ee ee Le ae BECR iwc Theatre. Filmed in CinemaScope and De Luxe color in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, the classic Western has a cast headed by Ann-Margret, Red Buttons, Michael Connors, Alex Cord, Bing Crosby, Bob Cummings, Van Heflin, Slim Pickens, Stefanie Powers and Keenan Wynn, Gordon Douglas directed the 20th Century-Fox release. Joseph Landon wrote the screenplay which he based on a screenplay by Dudley Nichols from a short story by Ernest Haycox. Jerry Goldsmith composed the musical score for the picture which was photographed by William Clothier. Three of the stars of "Stagecoach" -Red Buttons, Bing Crosby and Van Heflin -are winners of Academy Awards for past performances.
