For your purposes, plant someone beneath a small, well-covered table in your lobby. Place on it a lettered sign reading: “No, you're not seeing things! But if you will step inside for BEHIND THE MASK, you'll see comedy and thrills aplenty.” Have the table move a few feet at a time—and only every one or two minutes. Ii’ll attract plenty of comment. ya TWO STREET BALLY STUNTS Here are two stunts which should attract plenty of attention on the streets of your city. .No. l—dress a girl as a bride, with veils, etc., and turn her loose on the street with a sandwich board reading “I was left at the altar. My intended bridegroom has gone to the VISTA to see THE SHADOW in BEHIND THE MASK.” No. 2—Dress three men as THE SHADOW. Let them walk the streets about a half block apart. Let the first two wear sandwich boards reading: “I am THE SHADOW.” Sign on third man should read: “WHO IS THE REAL SHADOW?
