To reduce fat on neck—stand with legs spread apart, hands on hips. to front. 20 times on this one. Now roll head in circle, from left to back, to right, Stretch as far as pessiblp. Then. reverse circle. 4. To reduce excess weight on sible stand with legs apart, hands stretched straight out as far as possible. Keeping them rigid, rotate in small, fast circles from the shoulder, first forward, then backwards. St 50 times each way. To strengthen back muscles—stand in same position as in exercise 4, but this time turn from the waist, first as far to the right as possible, then to the left. Repeat 10 times.
