The people of Albany will honor six of its unsung heroes at a special celebration on the stage of the Strand Theatre tomorrow night. Mayor John Doe will officiate.

This tribute was inspired by the showing of Warner Bros.’ “Dangerously They Live” at the Strand Theatre, scheduled to
start tomorrow. The film tells the story of the heroes you never hear about, just ordinary people who never get any medals...a boy and his gal who did for Uncle Sam what any American would have done. Yet your heart will thrill at this brave adventure that might have happened to you. John Garfield, Nancy Coleman and Raymond Massey head the large cast of “Dangerously They Live.” Robert Florey directed the script by Marion Parsonnet.
