Each co-operating merchant is to donate some article of merchandise, which he is to feature in his window and to be identified as one of the door prizes to be given at “Susie’s Party” at your theatre. Supplement this display with special trim, tying in the picture and an attractive tieup showcard with copy similar to the following:

By tendering the proper reciprocation you should have no trouble in putting this stunt across. Make a duplicate display in. your lobby of all the prizes to be awarded with credit-cards. Also prepare a special trailer boosting the party and listing the prizes and their donors. This latter feature in itself is sufficient to induce the whole-hearted support of many merchants, as they are always anxious to derive the benefit of your screen. Advertise this “One Night at Susie’s” Party through every medium at your command, See that each co-operating merchant has a supply of special tieup announcement cards for distribution to their customers and also get your newspaper advertising department busy. going after a double truck tying directly in with this merchant's party at “Susie’s.”
The awarding of prizes can be handled in several ways. You should issue a numbered coupon, with space for name and address of holder, with each paid admission during run of “One Night at Susie’s.” You can hold the drawing
