You should strive therefore to bring these characters to life again in a “Mark Twain Cavalcade” staged on your theatre stage by the children of a local school. This pageant, complete with costumes, should serve as the ceremony surrounding the proclamation of “Mark Twain Day” by the Mayor, dedicating this day to the youth of your city and the great influence Mark Twain had on the youth of this nation.
